Single-cell RNA sequencing of gastruloids expressing signal reporters and recorders

We eningeered mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs) to express synthetic reporters and recorders of Wnt signaling activity. We used these constructs to trace signaling lineages during gastruloid development, so that we can relate early signaling states to final cell fates.
