This dataset evaluates the service level, support capability and usage perception of telecom operators from the perspective of user experience. It also takes user experience as the core approach to analyze the shortcomings of perception indicators, conduct positioning analysis and closed-loop processing, thereby enhancing the perception indicators and service level of 4G/5G networks.
