Database to determine the Carbon recalcitrance and carbon conversion rate to bioeconomy coproducts

This dataset contains a database to determine the fraction of initial carbon in residual agricultral biomass that remains in different bioeconomy technologies coporducts ad the C recalcitrance of the coproducts when applied in soils. The coproducts include pyrolysis biochar (pyrochar), gasification biochar (gaschar), hydrothermal liquefaction hydrochar, anaerobic digestion digestate, and coproducts obtained from the lignocellulosic ethanol production. All the data stem from an extensive review of the literature published for each technology, with a focus on crop residues as the feedstock material for the technologies. A Read me file is provided.
