The MD simulations of the M_2 replica (R2,R3) simulations for systems: DND1-RNA, RRM1-RNA , RRM2-RNA . There are 2 independent simulations (m_2_cmd02, m_2_cmd03 in .netcdf format) started from the same M_2 structure. To load the files in a visualisation program you first have to load the AMBER topology .prmtop file and then each trajectory file separetly. Example for VMD vmd -parm7 .prmtop -netcdf .netcdf
