Metagenome-Assembled Genome (MAG) Relative Abundances (RPKG) from the BBMO Time Series (2009–2020)

This dataset contains the relative abundances of high-quality metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) recovered from the Blanes Bay Microbial Observatory (BBMO) time series. Abundances are expressed as Reads Per Kilobase of genome per Gigabase of metagenome (RPKG). The dataset includes only MAGs with >90% estimated completeness and <10% contamination, as determined by standard quality assessment tools. MAG abundances were calculated by mapping metagenomic reads from BBMO samples collected between 2009 and 2020 to the assembled MAG sequences.
