To understand various kinds of genomic, epigenomic and transcriptomic aberrations and their relations in cancer cells, we generated a multi-omics sequencing catalogue including small RNA profiles for 26 lung adenocarcinoma cell lines and normal small airway epithelial cells (SAEC). Using small RNA-seq data, we analyzed abundances of small RNAs and examined what small RNAs, especially miRNAs exist in lung cancer cells and finally affect aberrant transcriptomic statuses and cancer phenotypes such as cell proliferation, invasion and migration.
