Nanostring digital spatial profiling (DSP) using IO360 protein panel (58-marker antibody cocktail) and IO 360 RNA panel (73 genes of interest RNA probe cocktail) on discoid lupus eythematosus and lichen planus. Also used Nanostring DSP cancer transcriptome atlas panel to profile >1800 genes in CD3 enriched and epidermis between discoid lupus eythematosus and lichen planus.
