Genomic distribution of dBigH1 in whole testes [ChIP-Seq]. Drosophila melanogaster

This analysis largely reflected the genomic distribution of dBigH1 in spermatocytes since the vast majority of dBigH1-expressing cells in testes correspond to spermatocytes.
