The egg production rate of poultry mainly depends on the development of ovaries and follicles. Chicken follicle development is a very complicated and finely regulated biological process, and analyzing its molecular regulation mechanism is the key to chicken molecular breeding. Granulosa cell apoptosis is an important factor in follicular atresia. In order to cause the molecular mechanism of chicken follicle atresia, this study explored the analysis of differential genes between normal follicles and atretic follicles through transcriptome sequencing. And follow-up to perform functional verification and molecular mechanism exploration of differentially expressed genes in chicken primary granulosa cells.
