Atspl9spl15 adult leaves (leaf8) development was tracked using live imaging every 24 hours (D, days after initiation).
YFP signals from the plasma membrane were captured by a Leica TCS SP8 Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope, and images were channel-split and converted into .tif format stacks using FIJI. For further information, please refer to the related publication.
