This data is collected from customers who have experienced hotel services in Vietnam and generate reviews on the TripAdvisor website. The sample was taken from 3-5 star hotels in 07 main cities of Vietnam with a total of 20,551 reviews. This data is really meaningful in big data analysis to understand the emotional perspective of customers after the hotel service experience. This is also the basis for upgrading the quality of services to suit the needs of customers.
