Land Consolidation and Smart Agriculture Synergy for Food Security: Pathways toward Agricultural Carbon Neutrality in China

This study utilizes data from 2010 to 2024, focusing on key indicators such as Food Security (FS), Agricultural Carbon Neutrality (ACN), Land Consolidation (LC), and Smart Agriculture (SA). The statistical sample includes 279 prefecture-level cities. Data sources are drawn from authoritative publications and databases, including the China Statistical Yearbook, Annual Report on Land Consolidation in China, China Agricultural Statistical Yearbook, Grain Production Bulletin, China Financial Yearbook, as well as provincial and municipal statistical yearbooks, and meteorological data from the National Meteorological Bureau. To ensure data integrity and reliability, special attention was given to handling missing data. In cases where missing values could not be retrieved through available literature, databases, or auxiliary verification methods, missing data were addressed using either deletion or appropriate interpolation techniques to maintain the scientific accuracy and completeness of the dataset.
