IJNLMeans is an ImageJ Plugin for denosing images via the non-local-means algorithm descriped by Buades et al.: Antoni Buades, Bartomeu Coll, and Jean-Michel Morel, Non-Local Means Denoising, Image Processing On Line, vol. 2011. It works with all image types (RBG, 32 Bit, 16 Bit, 8 Bit). The only parameter which have to be specified is the standard deviation of the noise (sigma). This could often easily estimated by the histogram. Dependencies: Please copy the jtransforms-2.4 in the imagej folder plugins/jars http://sourceforge.net/projects/jtransforms/files/jtransforms/2.4/
