Activated sludges Raw sequence reads

The full-scale WWTP investigated in this study is located in Yangjiang, Guangdong Province, China, and treats high nitrogen loading swine wastewater. Activated sludge samples (FS group) were collected from the secondary anoxic tank, where anammox microorganisms are significantly enriched as evidenced by the distinctive red color. Two additional laboratory-scale upflow anaerobic sludge blanke reactors (LSA, LSB) , which were operated stably for more than two years, were included in this study. The LSB reactor was initially inoculated with the anammox bacteria-enriched sludge from the full-scale WWTP mentioned above. In addition to the mixed (bulk) sludges (FS_M, LSA_M and LSB_M), a set of anammox granules of different particle sizes were obtained to explore the potential variation of viral diversity and functional capacities. For the full-scale bioreactor, three sub-samples with different particle sizes (FS_SS: < 1 mm, FS_S68: 5-8 mm, FS_S98: 12-14 mm) were obtained (Figure S3). For the LSA reactor, three sub-samples with different particle sizes (LSA2: < 0.15 mm, LSA3: 0.15-1.9 mm, LSA4: > 1.9 mm) were obtained.
