The HuR small-molecule inhibitor MS-444 has been used in many cancer treatment studies, but its reproductive toxicity in females is unknown.Here, we used low-input RNA-seq and dSTORM to reveal the molecular mechanism and nanoscale organization changes by which MS-444 arrests embryonic development at the 2-cell stage. Overall design: Two groups [MS-444, DMSO] of embryos were examined, with three replicates in each group.
