Method: Matched comparison of subreddit-weeks with and without a crosspost (same calendar week, posts, recent newcomers and active people), adjusted by the same comparison 2 weeks earlier; before/after count of newcomers from the receiving subreddit. Measured: Extra new posters and commenters in a subreddit in the 2 weeks after a crosspost; Newcomers who had posted in the receiving subreddit; Share of crossposts reaching the receiving subreddit's monthly top 10% by score; Share of crossposts removed; Crossposts per month and share of posts; Subreddits not accepting crossposts by size. All files contain aggregates only, no individual posts or user names.
