This repository contains zip files for data (Data.zip) and Matlab functions library (Library.zip), and the Matlab script (Matlab_Script_for_Cumputed_data.m) used in the Famié et al PLOSONE study. In addition, the <em>README FIRST MATLAB program.pdf</em> file explains the Matlab code and data organization.
