Total RNA extraction for RNA-seq of Arabidopsis thaliana estradiol-inducible lines Empty vector (pMDC7), pMDC7::GH3.6 and pMDC7::YUC6. Etiolated hypocotyls of these lines were induced for 3hs. The goal of this study was to do a transcriptomic analysis upon conditions of low-auxin (GH3.6) and high-auxin (YUC6) availability and study its effects on changes in cell wall composition and/or properties during growth.
