Supporting dataset for "Immunomodulation of severe Graves' disease by plasma cell depletion" by Grixti et al; JCI-Insight 2026

This dataset contains the underlying information behind the graphs represented in the paper README Each tab refers to an individual figure or panel from a figure. Datasets in the supplemental materials are prefaced with 'Sup'. Lo or low dose daratumumab refers to participants receiving 0.5mg/kg, 1.0 mg/kg and 3mg/kg doses (n=3 at each dose). Hi or high dose refers to participants receiving 9mg/kg or 16 mg/kg (n=13). Participants assigned to placebo (n=8) received 2 doses of IV methylprednisone, one on each day of the placebo infusion. Antithyroid drugs were continued in all participants as per standard of care.
