ATACseq SSBP

Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were collected from hypertensive adults enrolled in the Weinberger inpatient salt-loading/depletion protocol. Participants were classified as salt-sensitive (SS) or salt-resistant (SR) based on systolic blood pressure response to dietary salt. The four single-cell multiome (scATAC+scRNA) libraries in this submission represent: S11 = SS donor, D2 = salt loading, D3 = salt depletion S13 = SR donor, D2 = salt loading, D3 = salt depletion. Nuclei were isolated and libraries prepared using the 10x Genomics Single Cell Multiome ATAC + Gene Expression protocol. Sequencing was performed as paired-end Illumina reads. Data were processed with Cell Ranger ARC v2.0 to generate fragments, filtered feature-barcode matrices, and per-barcode QC metrics. These libraries were analyzed to examine chromatin accessibility dynamics in monocytes in relation to salt sensitivity and histone H1 modification.
