The NHERI RAPID Facility Data is a data platform for the RAPID facility under the Natural Hazards Engineering Research Infrastructure (NHERI) network. It primarily provides post-disaster reconnaissance datasets covering various natural hazards including earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, landslides, wildfires, and others. This platform collaborates with DesignSafe-CI to implement a comprehensive data management plan that covers the entire lifecycle of data, such as data collection, metadata management, security, privacy protection, backup, archiving, publication, sharing, and reuse. The datasets are categorized by disaster events and geographic locations, for example, California wildfires, Washington floods, Florida hurricanes, and so on.
