Mammalian SWI/SNF collaborates with a polycomb-associated protein to regulate germ line transcription in the mouse [RNA-seq]

RNA-seq on spermatogenic cells from P12 testes RNA-seq was performed on spermatogenic cells obtained from P12 Brg1WT and BrgcKO testes.
