This study aims to investigate the transcriptomic changes in human embryonic kidney (HEK293T) cells following overexpression of wild-type and mutant forms of the TGFBI gene. Cells were divided into four experimental groups: Blank control: Untreated HEK293T cells; Empty vector control: HEK293T cells transfected with empty vector; TGFBI wild-type overexpression: HEK293T cells transfected with wild-type TGFBI construct and TGFBI mutant overexpression: HEK293T cells transfected with mutant TGFBI construct. Total RNA was extracted from all four groups (with three biological replicates per group) and subjected to high-throughput RNA sequencing. The generated data will be used to identify differentially expressed genes and signaling pathways associated with TGFBI mutation by comparing the mutant group against the wild-type overexpression and control groups. This study provides a comprehensive transcriptomic resource for understanding the molecular consequences of TGFBI mutations in a cellular model.
