The integration of interactive pedagogical technologies into modern education has become an essential factor in improving teachers’ professional skills and ensuring effective teaching processes. This article examines the role of interactive pedagogical technologies in enhancing teachers’ professional competence, methodological preparedness, communication abilities, and digital literacy. The study is based on qualitative and comparative analyses of scientific literature and contemporary educational practices. The findings reveal that interactive pedagogical technologies positively influence teachers’ creativity, critical thinking, classroom management, and collaborative teaching skills. Furthermore, the article highlights the importance of implementing innovative educational methods such as collaborative learning, project-based learning, case-study methods, and digital platforms in teacher professional development. The research concludes that interactive pedagogical technologies significantly contribute to the modernization of education and the continuous improvement of teachers’ professional mastery.
