This dataset was created to provide a comprehensive genomic and multi-omics resource for Hevea species. It combines genome assemblies, structural and functional annotations, transcript and protein sequences, and quality assessments with BUSCO. Gene family alignments, phylogenetic trees, repeat landscapes and pangene clustering results are included to facilitate comparative and evolutionary analyses.<br>Beyond the genomic data, the collection contains transcriptomic results, differential proteome abundance results and functional enrichment analyses of expanded and contracted gene families as well as GO enrichment of pangene categories. Multi-omics components include lipidomics profiling and proteomics correlation networks that can be aligned with genomic datasets to investigate pathways such as rubber biosynthesis. Supporting scripts for reproducing images and analyses are also provided.<br>The dataset was assembled to serve as a shared reference for researchers studying genome evolution, gene family dynamics, and functional pathways in Hevea. It can be used for orthology inference, evolutionary rate estimation, comparative genomics across clades, and integrative omics approaches, forming a foundation for future studies in plant evolutionary biology and biotechnological applications.
