Data and code associated with "Accurate automatic detection of densely distributed cell nuclei in 3D space" manuscript.
This data contains the images, ground truth, code, and executable used in the manuscript. 
"software.zip" includes code and executable of the image analysis pipeline. 
"data.zip" includes microscopy images and ground truth used in the manuscript. "data2.zip" contains 4D movie of whole brain activity imaging in Data2, a part of the dataset used in the manuscript.
