本项目收集了94例食管鳞状细胞癌患者样本，提取这94例食管鳞癌病例样本的基因组和RNA，对其进行基因组和转录组测序，得到的数据进行基因组及转录组数据分析，数据量为40M，通过测序采集，采集地点为北京，采集时间为2016年-2019年。
This study collected 94 patient samples of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Genomic DNA and total RNA were extracted from these 94 ESCC patient samples, followed by genomic and transcriptomic sequencing. Subsequent genomic and transcriptomic data analyses were conducted on the resulting sequencing data. The total data volume is 40M. All sequencing data were collected in Beijing, with the collection timeframe spanning from 2016 to 2019.
