Aedes aegypti Mosquito Larvae and environmental Microbiome Genome sequencing and assembly

Conventional methods to describe host associated microbiomes are often limited to amplicon sequencing of taxonomically informative genes. This study demonstrates the use of Nanopore adaptive sequencing as a real-time host DNA depletion strategy to improve microbial sequence recovery from Aedes aegypti larvae.
