This repository contains geochemical data from Brownie Lake, Minnesota, USA, collected to investigate molybdenum (Mo) cycling in a ferruginous, meromictic lake. The dataset includes dissolved and particulate water column trace-metal concentrations, sediment trace-metal concentrations, and Mo isotope compositions of water and sediment samples. These data accompany Rico, K. et al. "Examining the Molybdenum Paleo-Redox Proxy in Modern Ferruginous Waters." (Manuscript in preparation). This citation will be updated following publication of the associated manuscript. Detailed descriptions of the study site, sampling procedures, analytical methods, and interpretation of these data are provided in the associated manuscript.
