Vertical distribution data of meiobenthos at <i>Avicennia</i>, <i>Bruguiera</i>, <i>Ceriops</i>, <i>Rhizophora</i> and <i>Sonneratia</i> and abiotic factors of the sediment sampled on the 7th of August 1989 in Gazi Bay (Kenya).
