Whole genome sequencing of Polycladomyces abyssicola. Polycladomyces abyssicola strain:JIR-001

We isolate some marine microbes to acquire novel antibiotics with unique mode of action. The genus Polycladomyces consists of only two species at the time of writing, nevertheless genomic sequences of neither type strain have been analyzed. To acquire some biochemical findings, we attempt to perform whole genome sequencing of the type species of the genus Polycladomyces, the type strain P. abyssicola JIR-001T.
