Replication Data for: Transferability of a Mask R-CNN model for the delineation and classification of two species of regenerating tree crowns to untrained sites

This dataset contains image and label pairs used to train a Mask R-CNN model to delineate and classify individual regenerating tree crowns as well as code to replicate experiments from the associated publication, titled "Transferability of a Mask R-CNN model for the delineation and classification of two species of regenerating tree crowns to untrained sites".
