Replication data for Some Like it Cold: Heterogeneity in the Temperature-Economy Relationships of Europe

The main data on temperature and rainfall are from ERA5 reanalysis (Hersbach et al. 2018). Data on economic production is from the ARDECO database of the European Commission (https://knowledge4policy.ec.europa.eu/territorial/ardeco-database_en).
