The archive includes the data associated with Main Text Figures 3–5 and Supplementary Figures 1–6, together with a README file describing the organization of the figure-specific directories. Main Text Figures 1 and 2 are not included because they consist of schematic illustrations and do not require numerical data. The deposited files support the numerical results on Majorana braiding and qubit dynamics, fusion-based initialization and readout, interaction-induced energy splitting and fidelity oscillations, finite-size protection, local-potential dependence, and hopping–pairing mismatch.
