This repository contains the dataset and outputs for the study “Application of Multiscale Community Detection Methods for Delineating Primary Care Service Areas in Chile”, which emerged from my MSc dissertation in Geographical Information Science at the University of Edinburgh and is currently being prepared for submission to a peer-reviewed journal. The folders are organised as follows: raw/ – Original, unprocessed data files. processed/ – Cleaned and prepared datasets used for analysis. AZImporter/ – AZImporter software downloaded from AZTool official website. AZTool/ – AZTool software downloaded from AZTool official website, including: - Example XML files with the parameters used. - A batch file to run all configurations sequentially. - The 14 CSV outputs generated by AZTool. - voronoi.aat and voronoi.pat files created using AZImporter. A data_description document is included, providing detailed information on each dataset and describing the anonymisation process used to generate the synthetic geocoded consultation data.
