Emmy Noether: canonical working German corpus and multilingual translations

Start with de.pdf. This is the current German working authority for the single Emmy Noether archive, paired with editable de.tex and an exact machine-readable pointer. The German file is ED0002, including the primary-source-confirmed Paper 8 correction from θ₁,θ₂ to c₁,c₂. Complete cumulative working readers are provided directly for English, Spanish, French, and both Interslavic scripts. cjk.zip, en.zip, romance.zip, slavic.zip, and other.zip preserve every substantive Noether translation-task file found in the bounded project roots at snapshot time: current and historical target TeX, readable PDFs, manifests, status records, handoffs, custody records, and textual lineage. Translation outputs are published read-only and exactly as received. This archive owner does not independently review them or silently upgrade producer states such as UNCHECKED, partial, checked, frozen, or complete. Translation tasks own their target-language review and rebase against later German corrections. workflow.zip preserves the controlling publication workflow verbatim. manifest.csv hashes every top-level release file; files.csv maps 17,799 preserved translation members to workspace-relative source identities and SHA-256 values. The top-level file surface is intentionally short and shallow. This is a machine-assisted working corpus and preservation surface, not a critical edition, peer review, mathematical certification, or a claim that every translation has received independent external review.
