资源简介:

Customized layers of spatial accessibility or travel time for different travel forms (foot, bike, car) for the Austrian-Hungarian case study region of the INSPIRE project. The maps were created using the global accessibility methodology by Weiss et al. (2018), but adapted for the specific case study region with different input dataset and at high spatial resolution. Provided are layers describing the accessibility in units of travel time (minutes) for either travel by foot, bike or car. Accessibility was assessed using different sources for each travel type: For foot travel, the accessibility was calculated from the nearest bus/ferry/train station. Here two versions are provided, with one (pathsonly) being clipped to the accessible road and path network. For bike travel, accessibility was calculated from the nearest bikestop or tourist accomodation. For car travel, it was assumed that any departure occurs either from the boundary of the spatial extent (e.g. outside study region) or major towns. Data properties: File format Geotiff Unit Minutes (Traveltime) Spatial grain 30 m² Geographic projection WGS 84 (EPSG:4326) Temporal grain Single year Spatial extent Landscape surrounding the Neusiedler See in Austria and Hungary. Bounding box 16.418, 17.395, 47.475, 48.075 (xmin, xmax, ymin, ymax) Temporal extent 2024 Reusability: The data is released under a CC-BY 4.0 license. The creation of this data was supported by the INSPIRE project funded under the BiodivERsA BiodivProtect call. All files are provided as is and the authors take no responsibility for errors, or misuse and misinterpretation.
