Here, we include the R script and dataset of our paper analysis for Austral Ecology. Below we describe each file in details:<br><b>script_func_dist_jan2020-7</b>: the R script eith all analysis included in the final version of the paper<br><br><b>tree-func_till-abund_ped-ass-iti.csv</b>: dataset with all trees in the study with the refered functional traits and the abundance of each atmospheric bromeliad species<br><br><b>tree-ind_abund_ped-ass-iti.csv</b>: dataset with the trees' ID in the column names and their presence/absence in each sampled plot (rows)<br><br><b>pres_all_spp_parcela.csv</b>: dataset with the abundance of all sampled tree species (columns) in each sampled plot (rows)<br><br><b>pres_host_spp_parcela.csv</b>: dataset with the frequency of all sampled tree species as atmospheric bromeliads' hosts (columns) in each sampled plot (rows)<br><br><b>all_trees_newick.txt</b>: phylogenetic tree of sampled tree species in Newick format<br><br><b>till_func_ass-ped-iti.csv</b>: dataset with all atmospheric bromeliad individuals sampled with the refered functional traits and host tree IDs
