The goal of this study was to identify genes that were differentially regulated by ATF2 in TAMR cells (tamoxifen-resistant MCF7 derivatives) when compared to the tamoxifen-sensitive MCF7. MCF7 and TAMR cells were treated with either vehicle control (siNT) or siATF2 (2 probes, si1 and si2). Treatments were conducted in replicates of 4 for the initial experiment of MCF7 vs TAMR and in replicates of 5 for the ATF2 silencing.
