An electrical safety device (1， 30) is provided with: a sensitive element (20); and a conductive actuator element (35) that switches an operating state of the sensitive element (20) in response to a contact acting on the electrical safety device. The sensitive element (20) is provided with at least one printed circuit base (21)， made of a rigid or flexible material， on which a first and a second contact arrangements (22a， 22b) are provided， normally electrically separated; the conductive actuator element (35) establishes an electrical contact between the first and the second contact arrangements (22a， 22b)， in response to the contact acting on the electrical safety device.
