Data Availability StatementFor Manuscript:\Operational Autopsy of a Quantum-Simulated Grid Attack: A Framework for Zero-Trust Critical Infrastructure Resilience\The high-fidelity simulation and forensic analysis described in this manuscript, designated Event Q-Sphinx, generated several terabytes of structured log data, network traffic captures, performance metrics, and quantum decryption signatures.Due to the following legally binding constraints, the complete dataset is not publicly available:National Security Implications: The CI-\u03b1 testbed architecture is a classified digital twin of a real national power grid. Releasing operational data could expose critical infrastructure vulnerabilities.Commercial Intellectual Property: The core forensic heuristics (e.g., Heuristic-\u03a8), graph-theoretic models (GTAM), and quantum signature libraries are the proprietary, patent-pending intellectual property of Fijishi Enterprises, protected under international trade secret law.Licensing Agreements: The full dataset and simulation parameters are core assets of Fijishi's Restricted IP Vault and are available under strict licensing agreements (Tiers B and G) to vetted government and critical infrastructure entities for operational evaluation and deployment.Access for Peer Review: The peer review process for this manuscript was conducted based on aggregated results, statistical summaries, and redacted methodology presented within the paper itself, which provides sufficient information to validate the scientific claims.For Qualified Researchers: A redacted subset of non-sensitive metadata used to generate the summary statistics and figures in this paper may be made available upon direct request to the corresponding author, subject to a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement and proof of affiliation with an accredited academic or research institution.
