Heart Atlas: Integrated scRNA-seq and snRNA-seq Data of the Human Heart (v1.0)

This dataset includes integrated single-cell and single-nucleus RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq and snRNA-seq) data from 436 human heart samples. The data covers six heart regions (LA, RA, LV, RV, AP, and S) and spans a wide range of conditions, including normal controls and samples from individuals with various non-cancer diseases, as well as a broad age range (from 0–9 years to 70–79 years). With over 355,000 cells and 1.4 million nuclei, the dataset provides a comprehensive view of the human heart's cellular composition. The data also includes detailed information on tissue region, disease, sex, and age, allowing for analysis of cardiac biology across development, aging, and disease. This heart atlas is a valuable resource for exploring gene expression, cell types, and cell–cell communication in the human heart, helping to understand cardiac function and disease.
