The skin microbiota samples were collected from 11 volunteers with multiple repeats. The V3-V4 region of 16S rRNA gene was amplified. After library construction and sequencing, we compared the composition and diversity of hand skin microbiota in different gender and BMI groups with bioinformation analysis.
