Define the DNA targets of fibroblast GLIS3 in response to fibrotic stimuli. Overall design: IL-11mNG GLIS3-FLAG fibroblasts were treated with a combination of TGFb and IL1b (10ng/ml) over a timecourse of 24 hours. Cells were collected and ChIP Seq was performed. Sheared DNA lysate was incubated with anti-H3K4me3, -FLAG, or -IgG for the procedure.
