DNase hypersensitivity mapping of 3T3 fibroblasts, to determine the effect of p65 variants and of Zbtb7a on the control of accessibility of gene-regulatory elements.Fibroblasts were derived from p65-knockout mice, and reconstituted with normal or engineered forms of NFkB p65. Zbtb7a was depleted by stable shRNA interference. Cells were treated with 5ng/ml mouse TNF-alpha to stimulate NFkB pathway activation.
