资源简介:
This database contains the raw data collected in the manuscript
Florian Denk, Dirk Oetting, Matthias Latzel, Harald Bonsel and Hendrik Husstedt, "Prevalence of excess binaural broadband loudness sensitivity in the hearing-impaired population and implications for hearing aid gain targets"
that is currently under review. A preprint is available at https://www.doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.14288584
Please cite this publication when you utilize the data.
The data contains audiometric data, loudness scaling results with simulated amplification, and prescriptive hearing aid gain targets according to three prescriptive procedures (NAL-NL2, DSLm[i/o], trueLOUDNESS) for 180 hearing-impaired participants. Additionally, reference loudness functions obtained with the same hardware in 20 normal-hearing participants is provided. For more methodical details see the publication.
Data is supplied as tables and structs in a .mat file format for use in Matlab or Octave. Please note that some meta data is given in German as originally obtained. Results for each participants are stored in one row, columns denote the data type:
