SNP genotyping dataset of <i>Larimichthys crocea</i> (large yellow croaker) used for GWAS of body shape traits

This dataset contains SNP genotyping and phenotypic information used in the genome-wide association study (GWAS) of body shape variation in large yellow croaker (<i>Larimichthys crocea</i>). A total of 272 extreme individuals (136 slender-type, SL; 136 stout-type, ST) were selected from a 24-month-old population and genotyped using a 55K SNP chip.
