Barley landrace SBCC073 DSN normalization and RNAseq with Roche 454 GS-FLX and Illumina GAIIx

RNA was extracted of samples from barley Spanish landrace SBCC073. Samples were obtained from several tissues, including roots, shoots, leaves and developing flowers. Synthesis of cDNA was carried out with template switch method and in-vitro DSN-normalization was performed. Sequencing was done using both Roche 454 GS-FLX and Illumina GAIIx.
