Escherichia coli strain:ST3 Genome sequencing. Escherichia coli strain:ST3

This Escherichia coli strain was isolated from a blood sample collected from a newborn at Azienda Ospedaliera Universitaria Integrata in Verona, Italy. The strain appears to be responsible for a central nervous system infection. The genome was sequenced using a hybrid approach combining Illumina iSeq 100 and Oxford Nanopore MinION systems. Assembly was performed with Unicycler 0.5.0.
