SOCIAL FACTORS IN THE MANIFESTATION OF PROFESSIONAL FOCUS IN FUTURE TEACHERS

This study explores the impact of social factors on the development and manifestation of professional focus among future teachers. Using a mixed-method approach, the research examines how family support, peer influence, and institutional environment shape the professional orientation of pedagogical students. The findings show that social factors significantly correlate with students’ professional motivation and commitment to teaching.
